Competed in six events...best finish was 10th place at the Sam Houston Invitational...also was eighth at the Sam Houston State Invitational.
2002-03
Cross Country: Competed in all eight events...best finish was seventh place at the Houston Invitational...also was eighth at the Sam Houston State Invitational. Indoor: Posted a 10th-place finish in the 5000 meters at the Conference USA Championships...had a season-best time of 5:18.48 in the mile at the UH/RunSport All-Comers meet. Outdoor: Finished in fourth place in the steeplechase with a time of 10:56.41 at the Conference USA Championships...also won the steeplechase at the Texas Invitational after finishing in eighth place at the Penn Relays and in fifth place at the Texas Relays...had a 13th-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the C-USA meet with a time of 18:07.97.

Indoor: : Finished in 12th place in the 3000 meters at the Leonard Hilton Memorial meet...posted a 16th-place finish in the mile at the Houston Invitational. Outdoor: : Won the steeplechase at the Texas A&M Invitational...finished in 11th place at the C-USA Championships with a season-best time of 11:14.30...finished in third place at the Longhorn Invitational and in fifth place at the Tellez Invitational.
